About Me

My name is Angelica Manzulli, also known as An Ling – a name I received during the time I lived in China – and as Ma Bodhi Disha, my spiritual name received in India.

The name An Ling (安灵) holds a deep meaning for me: 安 (ān) stands for peace, tranquility, and a sense of protection; 灵 (líng) is the spirit, the soul that guides consciousness and the path.

Ma Bodhi Disha (मा बोधि दिशा) means awareness of direction and dimension.

There are journeys we embark on with a ticket in hand, and others that begin without knowing why. When I left for China in 1992, I didn’t yet know the reason, but I felt guided by an invisible force. It was during a calligraphy class that an elderly Master gave me the name An Ling.

I carried it with me for years, without fully understanding it, until it became the key to my path.

India came later and opened a different door. I spent nearly two years in an ashram, where I undertook an intense path of inner exploration, training, awareness, and spiritual discipline. Studying with various Masters and participating in trainings and intensive formations on the awakening of consciousness, I refined my energetic presence.

At the end of that journey, I was given the name Ma Bodhi Disha – a sign that I was ready to share my path and to accompany others with clarity and intention.

Over the years, I studied with several Masters, exploring different schools and lineages:

Steven Post and Edgar Sung (Tibetan Feng Shui), Roger Green and Raymond Lo (I Ching and Chinese Astrology), and John Sandifer, with whom I shared reflections and projects aimed at fostering a deeper understanding of the Chinese perception and its
millenary metaphysical systems within the Western mind.

The most meaningful evolution of my journey took place alongside Grand Master Yap Cheng Hai, with whom I also collaborated on the design of Hotel Les Ottomans in Istanbul – the first hotel in Turkey entirely conceived and certified with authentic Feng Shui principles.

After his passing in 2014, I continued my path with Dato Joey Yap, deepening the study of the Compass School, Flying Stars, and the most evolutionary systems of contemporary Chinese metaphysics.

Over time, alongside individual work and private projects, I have shared my knowledge through seminars, articles, and radio and television interviews. My work has been featured in various international magazines and media, including Cosmopolitan Italia,
Ticino Management Donna, and a Turkish daily newspaper, in connection with the Les Ottomans project.

These are the traces of a real path, lived in the field, where Eastern culture has
intertwined with the needs of modern life.

It was not just about “consultations,” but about pioneering experiences in which spirituality and living space met with courage.

Today, by combining the awareness that my path in India has gifted me with the years of study in Chinese metaphysics, I offer a personal and deep approach, designed for those who seek to regain clarity, presence, and a sense of direction.

This is not a path for those seeking shortcuts, magic, or easy answers, but for those who feel it is time to discover who they truly are.

My aim is to accompany you in interpreting the code of your Celestial Mandate and in transforming your living space into an ally for your evolution – inside and out.

If you feel the call to return home, within yourself, I am here to accompany you – with respect and deep listening.

My Teachers and Masters

The Mandate of An Ling

Immagine Sezione Il Mandato di Anling.png

My name is An Ling.
This is the name I was given in China, in 1992.

That year, I decided to leave my job and travel to China.

Not everyone understood why.
I didn’t yet know Feng Shui.
I didn’t yet know Chinese Astrology.
But my destiny already did.

An Ling (安灵) means Spirit of Peace.
And maybe that’s what I was searching for, without knowing it:

a peace that came from far away—before me.

Only years later, in India, I received a second name.

Another mirror of my soul:

Ma Bodhi Disha – Awakening in the Sacred Direction.

Two names,
Two paths,
One Mandate.

I am here to help you recognize your own.

To read it in your heavenly chart.
To find it in the space you inhabit.
To glimpse it in the eyes of your spirit animal.

I am not here to teach,
I am here to transmit what you came to remember.
